We want you to love your handcrafted treasures from Haley’s Happenings! Every piece is made with heart, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it better with a simple and friendly return process.
1. Returns & Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
2. Custom & Personalized Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include a photo of the item and packaging so we can make it right. We will offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
3. Return Shipping
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is due to an item arriving damaged or being incorrect, we will cover the shipping costs for you.
4. How to Start a Return
Ready to start? Simply send us an email with your order number. If your item arrived damaged, please include a few photos so we can see what happened and help you faster!
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method. We’ll notify you as soon as it’s on its way!
